A few developers present at the CES had recently unveiled a new way that would use magnetic induction in order to recharge batteries with out using a charger device or a power cable. This great technology actually makes use of a special mat that has a sensor system which detects different voltages present in the device set on it and reciprocates the received voltages in order to ensure the device receives only the required charge power. These mats can easily integrate into countertop and walls of households to let recharging to different portable devices from anywhere in the house without the need of electrical outlet.
